Absolutely terrible.. The staff consisted of a little girl about 10-11 years old and 2-3 men standing around talking, laughing I'm between all the back and forth running they were doing to fix machines that were not working properly or were not giving out tickets (they did not replace the lost tickets that were previously won before the game malfunctioned..) There were so many hazardous situations... they had a mesh net just hanging down on the basketball machine that any small child could have gotten wrapped up in. The bounce houses were close to poles as the kids were jumping, they had to dodge the pillars. There were things coming up out of the carpet (that looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the takeover) and I personally tripped over metal plates sticking up out of the floor. We ended up spending over 60$ on coins and left with a few pieces of candy after ending up with over 600 tickets. There were hardly any prizes to choose from to begin with bur most of the things they had began in the thousands to win anything worth taking home. I asked the little girl who was checking us out to speak to the manager/owner, who then in turn said it was her father who owned the place. A man by the name of "Cam" came over and proceeded to tell me he was in fact not the owner but the business was owned by his grandfather and so on. I expressed my concerns, I was not rude at all. I just told him i felt as if this place went downhill and pointed out the dangers that had concerned me.. he did not seem to care. In fact he told me if I want to complain to go to their website.. so that is what I did. On their website their is no forum, no place to leave complaints, and I've tried the phone numbers attached many times. The Facebook page is ran by a specific person and not an actual business page. Sorry I'm ranting, but this was a terrible experience. I brought my son to this place because he had a hard day and the arcade used to be his favorite place to go. He said he never wants to go back. Pretty devastating considering there aren't many activities for the people of this county to do. Don't waste your money on people who don't care about their customers safety or opinion.
