  First, I've always used Dukes on Dort Hwy. Multiple systems purchased and installed there. The last visit was to install a used head unit. I was told it would produce sound but no display. They gladly offered to take it and discount a new unit. I kept it and purchased a new head unit and speakers. Today I revisited the issue and finally checked this before sending it for repairs. (Its a unit still sought after) Guess what?...IT WORKS JUST FINE. Thanks guys. First and last time you sucker this guy. We did business over many many years. Time to part ways.

  I had my windows tinted. When I picked up the truck I noticed the installer had made a mess inside my truck leaving spray residue and fingerprints all over the interior of my truck. Furthermore when I got it home i noticed one of the windows had bubbling all over the tint. I took it back in the morning and the manager went out of his way to inconvenience me by telling me I had to make an appointment another day forcing me to bring the truck back another day. Bottom line: poor workmanship and a lousy attitude toward me.
