  Only giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. Would not install my remote start because I didn't buy it from them. I called to make sure they could install it and they told me it's first come first serve. No appointments. I got there 30 minutes before they opened to a lot full of cars. I waited in a very long line only for them to tell me they won't install it. At no point during my phone call did they mention that I had to buy a starter from them in order for them to install it. I will never go back to Dukes and I would not recommend them to anyone
