  Update: my coworker has since received two free movie sets to replace those that were broken. Thank you for doing the right thing! My coworker went there yesterday to buy Danielle Steele movies. He had an accident when he was a teen and has trouble understanding certain things. It is my belief that this business took advantage of his mental state and convinced him to sign an "as-is" purchase agreement prior to the sale. The movies do not work and my coworker described them as "totally destroyed". Only $8, but still a shady thing to do.
